Do you know how many of your customers are being stolen by your competitors? Yes, your competitors are always looking for your page and they are actively sending private messages to people who comment on your page. Hide comments after replying so that no one can see the comment and stop stealing your customers. You will find this setting below in the full page autoresponder campaign page as well as post autoresponder campaign page.

Instructions on how to hide customer comments on Facebook:

Step 1: Log in to CyTechBot, from the Dashboard, select the "Manage Comments" Menu

Step 2: In the Comment Management section, you will see the "Campaigns" button and click on it to see all your Comment Campaigns.

Step 3: Here you will see the list of Comments you have created, select a Comment that you put the campaign on, click on the Configuration button, select the Menu "Edit Auto Reply"

Step 4: Here you just need to enable it and the customer's comment will be hidden, others will not be able to see that comment anymore.

Hide/Delete unwanted comments

You will find this setting "What do you want about offensive comments?" in the site-wide autoresponder campaign page as well as the post smart autoresponder campaign page.

You can hide them or you can delete them or you can leave them as you wish. If you choose to hide/delete them then you need to put the keywords separated by commas that you find offensive.

Whenever any comment contains any offensive words it will be hidden or deleted according to the option you choose. You can also send a reply in the inbox to the user whose comment was deleted.

NoteWhen you hide a comment from a post on your page, it will still be visible to the person who wrote the comment, their friends, and page admins. Admin comments cannot be hidden. When you delete a comment from a post on your page, it will be permanently removed from the post.
